Product Integrity

The product's value is determined by the manufacturer’s experience, strategy, knowledge, structure, and process.

However, these expectations are changing more quickly in terms of the product quality, features, and services that one’s company offers. Businesses must adapt to remain competitive.

As Nietzsche wrote: “Power is quality” and we firmly believe in that.

What is quality? That is the key question that a company must ask itself, in order to produce quality and define critical dimensions and the fields of action in this area.

There are four dimensions that any company must consider to become, and above all remain competitive:

1. Strategy Quality

2. Product Quality

3. Process Quality

4. Structural Quality

1. Strategy quality

How good is the strategy used to place the products on the market?

Does the quality strategy incorporate a management-driven, continuous improvement process for the product and process of the organization?

We must sell the products with services and quality and change with the times.

2. Product Quality

Refers to both:

a) to the quality of products supplied by the company

b) quality perceived by the customer

These are not necessarily the same thing, the aim is to bring them together in the harmony.

We have a supply agreement with Alliance One International, the second largest supplier of tobacco/cut rag in the world with over 88 offices globally that guarantee us constant tobacco ingredients. Constant ingredients are equal to constant smoke at all times.

3. Process Quality

It’s focusing on designing robust quality capable systems that automatically generate “high quality” fault-free products.

Our factory partners in Dubai are using state-of-the-art machinery. Hauni cigarette makers and Focke cigarette packers.

4. Structural Quality

Structural Quality refers to the organizational and methodical foundation that underpins process and product quality and is used to implement the quality strategy.
